This self-portrait was originally an assignment for my photography class last year. Then I entered it in a contest and won 3rd place, plus an honourable mention:) It was taken during a really hard time in my life, the hardest thing I've ever had to go through...and I'm still dealing with it...

this is struly powerful... difficult times that we face in life can make the best art we ever produce.
I hope that it has gotten a little easier.

I really love the fact that you left nirvana to be backwards in the reflection that's very cool, and the fact that you cropped it to cut yourself off is a great effect.

They really aren't necessary, but just for future refrence it's all about the colon : and what ever goes inbetween
